Manual (M) – All controls are manually set by the user
Automatic (Auto) – All controls are set by the camera
Shutter Priority (S / TV) – Allows you to set the SHUTTER SPEED and the camera will calculate the rest
Aperture Priority (A / AV) – Allows you to set the APERTURE and the camera will calculate the rest
Programme (P) – Sets the shutter and aperture while the user controls everything else
Scene (SCN) – The camera controls the settings for specific subjects.
Some cameras may have other settings on the function dial.
